Dr. Garrick Mansa Baskerville founded METSI Care in 2018 with a mission to reach the root cause of disease and help patients prevent and reverse illness. METSI Care is a hybrid Direct Primary Care and Concierge practice offering 30–60 minute appointments, unlimited access via phone, text, email, and telemedicine, and an intentionally small panel of 250–350 patients so every visit gets real time and attention. Insurance-free. Community-rooted.
